I can’t remember if I mentioned it here, but Twirly Girl and I flew to Indiana for a week in May. We spent Mother’s Day with Mom and Dad and also traveled to Illinois to see Mimi since she hadn’t been able to join us.
We also enjoyed some field trips to places we haven’t wanted to visit with a herd of boys. . .we went to the Indiana State Museum and also Conner Prairie.
Mom and I found time to take walks together; much more fun than walking alone! And you might have noticed that Twirly Girl decided to get a hair cut on this trip. . .she donated two very long ponytails to Locks of Love. Uncle Pete and Aunt Janet drove up to join us for dinner one evening as well. All in all. . .it was a good week.
